1. The S$99 Body Assessment

If you decide the assessment was not what you wanted, tell us within 48 hours of the session and we refund the full S$99. No forms and no exit conversation.

You keep your written 12-week roadmap either way. It is yours whether or not you ever train with us again.

You can reschedule your assessment free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. If you start a programme on the same day as your assessment, the S$99 comes off the programme price.

2. Programmes — the two-session window

Every programme comes with a trial window covering your first two sessions.

If you decide it is not for you, tell us before your third session and you choose one of two things:

• A refund of what you have paid, less the two sessions you attended, charged at S$99 each.
• A free re-match to a different AlmightyPT coach, with your two-session window starting again from scratch.

After the third session the programme is considered started, and the cancellation terms in section 4 apply instead.

3. Pausing your programme

• You can pause for up to 2 weeks with 48 hours' notice, for any reason at all. Your end date simply moves back by the same amount.
• If you are injured or unwell and have a medical certificate, your programme pauses for as long as you need it to. There is no cap on this and no fee.
• Travelling for work or away for an extended period? Tell us before you go and we will extend your programme window rather than let sessions expire.

4. Cancelling a session, and cancelling a programme

Individual sessions. Cancel or move a session with at least 12 hours' notice at no cost. Sessions cancelled with less than 12 hours' notice count as used — your coach has already travelled to you or turned down another booking for that hour.

Your circumstances change completely. If you move overseas, or something happens that means you genuinely cannot continue, your programme can be transferred once, in full, to a family member or a friend. Just tell us who.

Beyond the two-session window. We do not refund unused sessions as a matter of course, because your coach has reserved that time for you. That said, if something serious has happened, WhatsApp us and talk to us. We have never taken money from someone who had a real reason not to continue, and we are not about to start.

5. Payment plans

Every programme has two prices: one if you settle on the day you start, and one if you spread it across three monthly payments. Both are published in full on the Programmes page.

If you are on a payment plan and cancel inside the two-session window, we refund what you have paid so far, less the two sessions at S$99 each, and cancel all remaining payments. There is nothing to keep paying.

6. How to request a refund

WhatsApp 9230 9920 or email yj@almightypt.com. Tell us your name and roughly when you trained — that is enough, we will find the rest.

We will confirm within 1 working day. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 working days, though card and PayNow refunds are usually much faster than that.

You will not be asked to explain yourself, and nobody will call you to talk you out of it.

7. Digital products and free tools

Downloadable guides, calculators and cheat sheets are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, so they are non-refundable. Most of them are free anyway. If a paid download did not reach you or will not open, tell us and we will either fix it or refund it.
