Personal Trainer for Pilots & Flight Crew — Singapore
For pilots and cabin crew
Your medical has a date on it. Your training should too.
Twelve hours seated. Sleep in the wrong time zone. Hotel breakfast, crew meal, and a gym you have never seen before in a city you leave tomorrow. Then a renewal appointment with numbers attached to it.
Every gym in Singapore will sell you a fixed weekly slot. None of them have worked out that you cannot use one.
We built this around a roster instead of a timetable. Your coach comes to you, sessions bank forward while you are away, and the nutrition side is planned around the food you actually get.

Straight answer first
We cannot get you through a medical, and we will not pretend otherwise.
We are coaches. Your medical examiner is a doctor and the certificate is entirely theirs to issue. What we can do is help you walk into that appointment in better condition than you were in last year, and be honest with you at the start about what the time you have left can realistically change.
Why this works when a studio membership does not
Who you would be training with
AlmightyPT is a mobile personal training team covering all of Singapore. Our head coach prepared Singapore national team athletes for the SEA Games. Every coach is certified and vetted, every client gets a certified dietitian, and we cover gym fees at over 150 locations.
If you do not get on with the coach you are matched with, you get a different one — written into the Refund and Cancellation Policy, not just promised here.
About the cost
Quoted once we know your roster, not before.
What it costs depends on how many sessions you can realistically take in a month, how long you go, and whether you hold a reserved time or take them as your roster allows. A single number on a web page cannot answer that honestly.
One session, S$99. Your coach comes to you, takes your baseline, and you leave with a written plan and a straight itemised quote. The S$99 comes off whatever you start.
Questions crew ask
My roster changes every month. How does that work?
You send us the roster when you get it and your coach books around it, rather than you fitting a fixed slot. Anything you cannot take that month banks forward for up to eight weeks. In practice most of our aircrew clients train in clusters — four sessions in the week they are home, none in the fortnight they are not — and that works perfectly well.
I am away for two or three weeks at a time.
Then your window extends. Documented overseas travel pushes your end date back rather than eating your sessions, and the down-route protocol is what fills the gap — twenty minutes, hotel room, no equipment.
Will this get me through my medical?
Nobody can promise you that, and anyone who does is selling you something. Your examiner decides, on the day, on their own criteria. What we will do is measure where you are now, be honest with you about what your remaining time can and cannot change, and put the work in the places most likely to matter.
I am cabin crew, not flight deck.
Same programme, same problem — arguably worse, given the hours on your feet and the sleep pattern. The roster-flex terms are identical.
What if I get based overseas partway through?
Your programme moves online for as long as you are away, at no penalty, and picks up in person when you are back. Everything we have built for you — your numbers, your history, your programme — carries across either way.
Can I train with someone else from my crew?
Yes, and it works unusually well when your rosters overlap. Two people, one coach, one hour, and it costs each of you considerably less than training alone.
You know the date. Work backwards from it.
