Shu Min has a keen interest in sports since young. During her early years, she plays a variety of sports such as badminton, track and field and swimming. In recent years she has started weightlifting. She got into weightlifting with initial goals of wanting to look good physically and to get stronger.
She is patient and highly motivated in helping others to achieve their fitness goals. This started with her friend asking her for some advice in how she can kickstart her own fitness journey and from there, she discovered that it was fulfilling to be part of other’s fitness growth.
Together with her education in biomedical science, it has aid her in being more well connected to the biological aspect of lifting as she embarked on her journey of being a personal trainer.
